Choose your plan, then select a kimono or haori from its collection. Open the item’s detail page and click the booking button. Select an available date and time, enter your details, and complete payment by credit card. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed. No. Our kimono and haori are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. They may show signs of age, such as fading, yellowing, or small stains. These vary by item. Please review the photos and description, and contact us before booking if you have any questions about the condition.着物・羽織は、すべて一点もののヴィンテージです。年代を経た衣服のため、色褪せ・黄変・小さなシミなどが見られる場合があり、状態は一着ごとに異なります。写真と商品説明をご確認いただき、気になる点はご予約前にお問い合わせください。

Each vintage piece has different measurements, but a kimono can be styled to suit a wide range of body shapes and heights — worn open like a coat, or wrapped at the front and secured with an obi. We can also adjust the hem to suit your height. If you are unsure, please send us your height, your usual clothing size, and the plan and item number you are considering via Instagram DM (@camellia_kimono) or email before booking. If you prefer the wrap-front style, your chest/bust and hip measurements (in centimetres or inches) will also help us check the fit. We will advise you on suitable options.ヴィンテージの着物・羽織は一着ごとにサイズが異なりますが、コートのように前を開ける着方や、前を重ねて帯で留める着方など、幅広い体型・身長に合わせたスタイリングが可能です。身長に合わせた裾の調整もできます。ご不安な場合は、ご予約前にInstagramのDM（@camellia_kimono）またはメールで、身長・普段の洋服サイズ・ご希望のプランと商品番号をお知らせください。前を重ねて帯で留めるスタイルをご希望の場合は、胸囲・ヒップの寸法（cm・インチどちらでも可）もあわせてお知らせいただけると確認がスムーズです。サイズや着こなしについてご案内します。

Yes. Men are welcome at CAMELLIA. You can choose a kimono or haori based on your preferred style, regardless of its original gender category. Available styling options depend on the piece and its fit. If you are unsure, please contact us via Instagram DM before booking.はい、男性もご利用いただけます。元々の男性用・女性用という分類にとらわれず、お好みのスタイルで着物や羽織をお選びいただけます。一着ごとのサイズや仕立てによって可能な着こなしが異なるため、ご不安な場合はご予約前にInstagramのDMでご相談ください。

Bookings are available only on selected dates. If your preferred date is not shown or cannot be selected, please contact us via Instagram DM with your preferred date and plan. Why our cancellation policy is strictEvery CAMELLIA kimono is one of a kind. When you book, your chosen piece is taken out of the collection and held only for you, and our stylist reserves your private slot. For this reason, cancellations are charged as below. To change your date, please cancel your current booking and make a new booking. The cancellation fees below apply to the cancelled booking. Plan A takes approximately 30 minutes. Plans B–E take approximately 60 minutes. These are estimates and may vary depending on the styling. If you have plans afterward, please allow extra time.プランAは約30分、プランB〜Eは約60分が目安です。スタイリングの内容などにより前後する場合があります。体験後にご予定がある場合は、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

The experience takes place in a private room at a hair salon in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. No. CAMELLIA plans include professional hair styling only. Please arrive with your makeup done, so we can complete your look with hair and kimono styling.いいえ。CAMELLIAのプランに含まれるのはプロのヘアスタイリングのみです。メイクをしてお越しいただければ、ヘアと着物のスタイリングで全体を仕上げます。

Registration is free and takes about a minute. Your account gives you access to the CAMELLIA Digital Library — styling guides, kimono care tips and useful information for wearing your kimono back home — included with selected plans.ご登録は無料で、1分ほどで完了します。会員になると、対象プランに含まれるCAMELLIA Digital Library（スタイリングガイドや着物のお手入れ方法など、帰国後も着物を楽しむための情報）をご利用いただけます。

Yes — the set is designed to travel with you. Please note that what you take home differs by plan: Plan A (Haori Street Style) includes the haori only, with a non-woven storage cover. Plans B–E include a kimono, obi, obiage and obijime, packed in a storage case (39 × 92 cm). The case can be folded, so it fits in most large suitcases — but it may not fit smaller suitcases as it is, so please check your suitcase size in advance. If space is tight, the kimono set can also be packed without the case.はい、お持ち帰りいただけるよう設計されています。ただし、お持ち帰り品はプランにより異なります。プランA（羽織）は羽織のみで、不織布カバー付きです。プランB〜Eは着物・帯・帯揚げ・帯締めのセットで、収納ケース（縦39cm×横92cm）に入れてお渡しします。ケースは折り畳むことができるため大きめのスーツケースには入りますが、そのままでは全てのサイズのスーツケースに入るとは限りません。お持ちのスーツケースのサイズを事前にご確認ください。スペースが厳しい場合は、ケースなしで梱包することも可能です。

No. We do not offer shipping — your kimono set is yours to take home with you on the day.いいえ、発送は行っていません。着物セットは当日にご自身でお持ち帰りいただきます。

The experience goes ahead as usual, rain or shine. Dressing, hair styling and photos take place indoors at our private salon, and you can still go out in your kimono afterwards.雨天でも通常どおり実施します。着付け・ヘアスタイリング・撮影はプライベートサロン内で行い、その後も着物でお出かけいただけます。

Please contact us on Instagram DM (@camellia_kimono) or by email as soon as you know you will be late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your booking will be treated as a no-show and the full cancellation fee applies.遅れそうなことが分かった時点で、InstagramのDM（@camellia_kimono）またはメールでご連絡ください。ご予約時間から15分以上遅れた場合は無断キャンセル扱いとなり、キャンセル料100%が適用されます。

Yes. Please book consecutive appointments, one per person (see the "Booking for Two" section on the CAMELLIA page — the same applies for groups), and everyone should arrive together at the first appointment time.
